🛑⛔️ ❗️❗️❗️❗️I’ve been dealing with CallWood meats for years every 7months I spent about $3000 Worth of meat my last order was very disappointing got ready to do my Thanksgiving dinner and the meet smelled like rotten fish even frozen I quickly called Susan and told her what happened Right away she tried to to say it was maybe the way it was defrost which I explain to her that the meat was still a little frozen out of the back and it was not my first time making this meat she told me she would give me a call on Tuesday since was Thanksgiving. They called me Tuesday and told me to take another piece out of the freezer to see if it was the same thing I was still with them on the phone when I open the package and just awful smell coming out of the bag they told me they were going to send a guy to come and pick it up and they were sorry which I was nice about it I told them that it was OK that stuff happens I had ordered about 12 pieces which I was going to make 5 for Thanksgiving which I told her that I was not going to wait for her to come and get the meat because it was smelling the whole house I had to throw it out and she said it was OK The same day the guy came to pick up the seven pieces of meat left that was still very bad clearly I did not eat any of bad meat when they came to bring back the meat they only brought back 7 pieces which I called back and ask Susan why is there seven pieces if there was 12 pieces she said she was not going to give me any more meat because I consumed the other 5 pieces very very unprofessional giving me attitude like it was my fault that to meet was bad so I lost 5 pieces very expensive meat I am very upset I paid something that it was no good and they took zero responsibility for it not worth dealing with these 2 rude people

Extremely dissatisfied with this product delivery and the salespersons conduct during my interactions with him. nWas NOT made clear that the delivery would be 6-10 months all at once, leaving me to find storage for the meat. Upon calling to complain was met with rude comments, prejudice behaviour, and threats of law suits.nI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
