Very friendly, polite, and helpful. Returned my inquiry quickly and was able to secure a unit with no issues. Good value and decent units. Overall, a good experience. Definitely will use them again should the need arise.

The customer service is top notch! The facility and grounds were always kept clean and tidy and felt secure.

Staff is friendly. The building is clean and taken care of. The smaller unit is suitable for my few boxes of things that I don't have space for.

Interacting with all staff at White Oaks London Ontario has been positive and compassionate to my four year storage journey. I highly recommend Access to friends and family all the time.

The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The paperwork was in in order and clear.
When I arrived at the unit it was not swept and had chunks of white drywall/ plaster and mouse droppings.
Before unloading my cousin had found that the fence was cut and there was an open spot directly across from the unit that I had rented. I have attached photos.

The staff were always quick to respond when I had a question and I never had any issues.

The main reason I gave five stars is because it was such a smooth process in canceling my storage unit. Customer service was exceptional! Everybody was helpful, polite, and above all no hassles when I was moving out. I used the storage unit for three months staging my house.
I also appreciated if my move out date was in the middle of a billing: they wouldn’t charge me for the entire month. If I’m in need of storage again, I would use Access storage.

I had a last minute emergency to move and store some stuff and called around. The only place answered my call and helped me find a place with available space! Thank you

Best value for an extra large locker in town. Although I wish there was a dumpster there that we could throw stuff out with. That would be very handy. Had to call their 1866 # tonight to get help retrieving our gate entry code. They were quick and helpful.

Renting a storage locker was not something I've ever had to do before. The staff made the process very simple explaining the process efficiently, making sure I fully understood everything. The free month they offered really helped as well!! The office was clean, they offer different size lockers, and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Access Storage for all your storage needs!

I was able to communicate and complete the process of renting a unit before moving to the new house. The staff were very helpful and made the process better by not having me make a separate visit to their head office. We arrived at the storage facility and all went smooth. Such a relief when moving homes is stressful enough!! I will continue to recommend!

Had a really bad experience renting here in st Thomas because the main office is located in London.
I had set up an appointment to get a unit and the manager never showed up... Specifially told me that if I was gonna be late to call and they didn't even show up at all!!
Was a joke trying to get a hold of someone... It was winter and the doorway wasn't shoveled or salted and miserable. Waiting for my unit and someone to take my money!

The poor girl on the phone didn't know what to do so she did her best and I thank her for that but what a mess that was ....

Another thing that really bugs me is the MASSIVE speed bump you have to drive over to get in and out. What's the point of this ? I have a loaded vehicle and you want me to cross over a massive hump... Really annoying ...

Payments are messed up also. Payments were made and when I came to get some stuff out, they had it locked up.... I called and they told me that payment was received but they couldn't make it out to take the lock off .... Ummmm I need my tools for work.... If we paid $100 they would come out to take the lock off now ...
I'll cut it off for cheaper, just saying. .

The only good thing is that you don't need a credit card, only place in st Thomas that doesn't take one, so you are kind of at their whim
