We own eight high precision CNC machines including Walter, Star Cutter, Reinecker, Tru-Tech and a VTD coating vessel providing the following coatings: tin, ticn, tialn, altin and more. All carbide end mills and custom tools are verified on a Walter Heli Toolcheck, and inspection reports are available for any tool we produce. With the purchase of nine CNC machines, D&I met the demand for larger and more complicated tools.
