I have a few properties in Burlington and have been looking for a builder with whom I could establish a good, comfortable working relationship and maximize the potential of these prime locations with new custom built homes. I had been searching for a number of years actually and never found the proper fit. When I met Rob and saw first-hand the quality of his work and got to know Rob, I knew that I had finally found a builder with whom I could work.
I proceeded to build my first luxury custom home with Rob in 2017. This home has almost 6,200 square feet of high quality living space. The home that Rob has built for me and my wife is now one of the finest homes in Roseland, and in fact one of the finest homes in Burlington.
The process of building a new home can be daunting with innumerable "moving parts". Rob is able to see the big picture and keep the process moving cost-effectively and efficiently while ensuring that quality is not compromised. And clearly building a new home is a lengthy process. That is all the more reason to select a builder with whom you can relate, rely on, and one that you can trust to lead the entire building process. Rob was certainly the right person for me to work closely with and ensure that the process in building our dream home was a successful one. From the conceptual, design and quoting stages through to construction, finishing and ultimately follow-up service, Rob was engaged and leading all the way.
You will be hard pressed to find a person with higher integrity and honesty than Robert Toon.
