Mickhail and Steve were excellent technicians/installers. They had our new furnace and air conditioner installed in only a few hours. They went about their business in a very professional and courteous manner, and completed their work without delay. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was seeking a new HVAC system without any reservations.
I would also highly recommend our salesperson Vysan, as he was very knowledgeable about the products he was recommending to us, and he went above and beyond in terms of his attention to service excellence.
Altogether, these individuals made our service experience a highly enjoyable experience and Enercare should be very proud to have these gentlemen working for them.

Vince and Aman are professionals that came to replace my old furnace, air conditioner and install the new tank less water heater. They treated me with kindness and respect and completed the job with no mess left behind. Very pleasant workers.

I just had our hot water tank replaced. The 3 gentlemen : Ryan, K.J, and MicKail were absolutely fantastic! Polite, professional, and so efficient. Besides replacing the tank and cleaning up the area afterwards, they took such care to make sure that they kept the trail from their truck to our basement clean too- shoe covers, rugs etc. Great job all around. Can't say enough!
I wasn't impressed with the call center when I initially called about our tank leaking, and wondered what kind of service we would get. But the actual service guys more than made up for that! So, I absolutely recommend Enercare Caledon.

Jeet and Mickhail showed up right on time, with their Covid masks and rug/floor coverings, ready to work. They replaced my aging rental water heater with a new one, worked cleanly, and had the job done in just over 2 hours, allowing some time to answer my questions about best maintaining the heater. They were very professional, positive and courteous. I'll call again, if needed. Thanks for a job well done.
