Unique Dermatology & Wellness Center: Dyan Harvey, DO

It was an absolute nightmare of an office visit. We were there for my 10 year old who was a new patient. Got there 15 min early as instructed to do so and waited an hour and 20 min to see the doctor. While I waited with my two kids the woman who came in much after us complained about the wait and was taken back in front of us! Then I complained about that and was told I could reschedule. The front office girl was very rude and dismissive. She spoke with the doctor, who cared less. Once we were in the room (after 1hr 20min of waiting) the Doctor walked in and was completely unapologetic for the delay and had just as rude of an attitude as the office girl. The doctor was in room with us for 3-5 min and walked us to check-out where once again the office girl treated us like we didn’t matter. She ignored us and took a phone call where she was filling out pages of paperwork for the person on the phone not even glancing towards us, just laughing and writing. I then requested to be billed and told her we were done waiting. We left. About two hours later they called the police on me and threaten to press charges. I highly DO NOT recommend them as they do not care about your time and they are highly unprofessional and incompetent with the rudest staff around.
