Our facilities include the latest Technogym cardio and resistance equipment, extensive free weight and stretching areas and a 20m swimming pool with a sauna and steam room. Our fitness studios offer over 100 weekly group fitness classes including Les Mills, MyZone Match, Metafit and pilates as well as a programme of kid’s, classes including karate and Zumba.
