Through hard work and honest pricing, the Hoffman family has built a reputation in the Denver area as leaders in the hardwood floor business. In 1985 Randy Hoffman Sr became the Vice President of Arvada Hardwood Floor Company where he oversaw all of the hardwood flooring operations for nearly 20 years. Over time, Randy Hoffman became recognized as a leader in the hardwood flooring industry by his customers and peers alike. This is also where Randy taught his three sons, Donnie, Randy, and Jeremy the business of installing and sanding hardwood floors.
