Before you start this Gym membership or you think about getting in there to workout think about the problems you can have. I tried numerous times to figure out the problem and they billed me twice in a row and because I didn't have the complete funding I ended up getting 4 NSFS. When I went in there to talk to them they have no clue why it was happening and to come the next day and within 24hours its -70 to -190 this Gym doesn't want to help you with things when it comes to "LESS" it may be "FIT" but remember who they're under. "GOODLIFE" you can't ever have anything Cheaper. What I'd advise you, is NEVER link your card or do Preauthorized payments you will only see your account in the MINUS range and if you have a lot of money in your account it will keep decreasing. I had trouble with even explaining the situation to the associates, They have no idea what they're doing there. Especially when they give you false reasoning(s) or that issue will be dealt with. Listen, My bank is the one that fixed this ERROR that was on YOU. You have no credibility to even confirm that you succeeded in helping a customer who is LOYAL to your GYM and business. Now, The bank even confirmed that even if they put STOP payment on my account for FIT4LESS that it will keep happening and I have to go in TODAY to CANCEL. that's a shame that they COULDN'T help me yesterday they told me to come in when their manager was available and and in the end it BECOMES WORSE -70 TO -190 I SPOKE TO 3 ASSOCIATES AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY'RE DOING. they need to pull the plug on the people who are working there that are brainless.
