This place is busy, touristy, noisy, not that cheap - BUT I LOVE IT. Maybe it's those potatoes that I can't stop eating!

What can I say...Creative menu, trendy setup, and tasty food. Service was lacking a bit but it was Sunday morning (busy time) which usually means a slight wait.

There aren't too many breakfast restaurants north of the 49th parallel that still serve baked beans with their breakfasts. Still plenty of places in the southern U.S that do this, but not up here.
Terrific steak and eggs, and a very wild array of breakfast add-ons.
Keep an eye on your order when it arrives. I've gotten other people's breakfasts and also had things missing.

ok....I am so there next week. Never been. Cora's kind of dissapointed today.
... passed on the baked beans, but the steak and eggs are yummy for the tummy. It hit the spot - especially after doing the CIBC RFTC.
"Not the speediest" is an understatement. We waited a long time for seating and much longer to get our food. Hmmm maybe if they stopeed bringing it to the wrong table...:)

I find egg-spectations to be a disappointment. Victory Cafe in the Annex gives you baked beans with your breakfast but has a much better atmosphere and is wayyyyy less hectic- breakfast should not be such a hectic event!
