i purchased a door 4 years ago from home depot.the warranty os 10 years..the door leaks alot of air from the side lights..called masonite 4 times ,cant get any headway.its getting very cold here..they contact me through emails,instead of calling me to set up an appointment to resolve this matter.my central heat is running 24 hours because of this..

windows seals are less than 5 years old and seals are gone creating fogging. Purchased from Home depot in Brantford Ontario. Contacted them 4 times ,everytime you get a different person who asks ambiquous questions ,dealing with them is like dealing with a sword swinging pirate ,you never know where to stand.Home Depot warrantee is very poor (sucks)
