Health, fitness and wellness are my passion. After spending 8 years as a first grade teacher I left the classroom in 1999 and begin my journey. I have achieved 12 national fitness certifications to date, including Personal Training, AFFA, Pilates Mat Work and Pilates Small Apparatus, SCW, Personal Training Certification AFFA and am currently working on my certificate in Pulse Pointe Barre.
