TOWNWOOD HOMES

We purchased a home with Townwood in Mt Pleasant and the after-purchase experience has been atrocious. As with any new build - a number of items are determined after the agreement is signed. Townwood gives us ridiculous 1-5 day deadlines to make choices that impact the home. When we meet those 1-5 day deadlines, we never hear back from them confirming anything. In the event that we have inquiries or need clarification - phone calls, emails and attempts to get information are never answered by them or their design centre. I have countless emails that have received no reply. If we have questions - no one is available to answer them. But when a decision impacting our HOME is required - they put a gun to our head and require responses without flexibility. I would never recommend Townwood to anyone. The company provides abysmal client service.
