I had an excellent experience with Leon, the relief manager. He was kind, polite, and extremely professional, ensuring the entire process was smooth and pleasant. The rest of the staff are equally professional, and the facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Outstanding service overall — highly recommended!

Will not use them again. If you leave a few days before your due date they will not credit you. Poor business practises for a long term, multi unit renter. Bathroom is usually disgusting, so not sure how it is cleaned. Regularly without hand towels. Old equipment with rust and very loud to move to move your stuff around. Very expensive compared to other places. I was there 1.5 years and they raised my rent 2 times by $40 each time sitting costs but no improvements where made. GO TO UHAUL STORAGE, THEY HAVE THE BEST APP AND REFUND YOU WHEN ITS DUE.

Excellent storage facility! Everything is spotlessly clean and very well organized, which made finding my unit and moving things in extremely easy. The staff/people are what really made the experience great—they were friendly, professional, and very helpful with the paperwork. I felt secure leaving my things here.

About staffing and representatives I found them very well oriented and knowledgeable, who made all processes very easy. The facility is very clean. Also, inside the unit was very clean as well. Overall, space and units are well maintained. I am very pleased with storage and I recommend it.

ACCESS STORAGE IS THE BEST!!!!! I had my stuff in public storage and I wasn’t able to continue paying so I took my stuff out the night before the next payment which I didn’t think anything of I thought I did the right thing anyhow a few months later I went back to apply for a whole new unit and they said I couldn’t get a unit and that was at night time I didn’t have any way to take my stuff because I got dropped off. When the last staff left she came up to me and my daughter and told me I won’t be able to use their services again and left me my daughter and all my stuff outside and it was winter so it was cold and dark. She took her time to walk over to us (while we were sitting down trying to figure out what we were going to do) just to say we can’t use their services ever again. That was cold. These people come here open franchises then make up rules for us to follow even though here in Canada we respect people we always try and help people we don’t treat them less than dirt. It’s wrong

PS: access storage doesn’t have all the rules and regulations as public storage if your ever a day late they threaten you with the auction crap. Don’t use public storage go to access storage you won’t regret it. Access storage is like a better public storage. LOOK AT THE POSITIVE REVIEWS AND SEE ALL THE NAMES ARE SIMILAR. THESE PEOPLE ARE ONLY GOOD TO THEIR OWN KIND. SMH this is Canada 🇨🇦

Very good service, fare price for the units, clean and good condition. The reason because I give them 4 stars and not 5 is because they didn’t want me to park my 12feet trailer, and I saw one today after leave the storage

We recently had a very unpleasant experience with Public Storage. During our move, we got trapped in the elevator, and the company locked the facility doors without checking if anyone was still inside. Despite calling the emergency hotline, no help was provided, leaving our vehicle and the movers’ vehicle stuck inside. As a result, we had to pay an additional $1260 CAD due to this incident.

We hope Public Storage takes this issue seriously, compensates us for the inconvenience and extra costs, and improves their procedures to prevent similar incidents in the future. We look forward to your response.

I had a great experience renting a unit at Public Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff was professional, explained all fees upfront, and offered a sizeable discount for a three-month rental.

She was very helpful. Answered all our questions very patiently. Next day we walked in and met Yukta. She gave us every information we needed. Based on what we wanted to move in. She accurately told us the size we should get and she was right. We did need a bigger unit. Thanks you guys: made my moving stress free.
