She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Simone took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about my storage choice. The facility was clean, well-organized, and easy to access, which made the experience even better. Thanks to Simone, what could have been a stressful task was quick and smooth. Highly recommend this location and her excellent service!

Had a great experience with PS 3022 Winston Churchill over 1 and 1/2 years renting a 5'x10' unit. The facilities were bright and clean. Simone, Pam and Shashank in the front office were friendly, helpful and professional. Would definitely rent from PS, again.

The service here @winston churchill is great. Kavish and Pam helped throughout the process. They were helpful, kind, well spoken and cooperative. They answered all my queries and were excellent in coordination. They tried to help in every possible way to make it a smooth transition for me. I recommend them to everyone.

The entire rental process was seamless. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with. The facility is very clean and well lit. The unit was also very clean. Would definitely use again. 10/10 would recommend.

Pamm was the assistant manager who assisted me in getting a storage unit at Public Storage location on Winston Churchill in Mississauga. She was very helpful and answered any questions I had about the rental. The storage unit area was clean. The staff at the facility was very helpful. I wish there were more carts available for us to use during busy time periods. All in all, my experience was great.

My experience was excellent and good, with a high level of service from the beginning of the transaction and communication with me, confirming the reservation request until the stage of renting a warehouse in your prestigious company. Special thanks to Pam for the speed of completing the transaction and the excellent and excellent follow-up from the beginning of the reservation until the stage of receiving the unit, with following up the procedures step by step. Upon my arrival, he greeted me warmly and showed me the locker I had requested, ensuring that the size was perfect for my needs. He explained all the rules and the paperwork I was signing, making the process effortless.

Essa answered all my questions with confidence, which really put my mind at ease. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. On my third day there, I spoke with the team installing the new LED lights, which really enhance the safety and atmosphere of the facility.

I highly recommend this Public Storage location, and if you visit, make sure to ask for Essa. His kindness and humility truly make a difference!
