I would strongly advise caution before working with this company. The entire experience — from communication to installation — was disappointing. Deadlines were missed multiple times, and there was little to no accountability. The craftsmanship on the cabinets was subpar, with uneven doors, poor alignment, and visible gaps. Even after raising multiple concerns, the team was unresponsive and dismissive. For the amount charged, the quality and service are far below expectations. Definitely not worth the time, stress, or money. I was dealing with someone name Paul and I’m still suffering because of poor workmanship from Oakdale kitchen.
The worst place to ever get your cabinets from. Their kitchen designer and quality of cabinets are way below a one star. Their kitchen designer minute you touch the cabinet the paint chips and doors dent with the lightest touch. They designed our kitchen with the door or our pantry banging against the counter top which causes the door to get damaged. We paid for a pull out garbage drawer and the quality was horrible. Within the first week of moving in the rack moved and so we have had to literally lift the drawer to push it in and pull it out. They had to remove all the doors and sidings after the first day we moved in and they repainted the doors on the softest materials so they all gone dented/chipped within weeks of use.
Don’t use this company. Save your money.

Aspenridge, our home builder, contracts this company for cabinetry in their new homes, and the experience has been deeply disappointing. The cabinet quality is substandard, with persistent issues that remain unresolved despite multiple service visits. Our cabinets are misaligned, and the company has been unable to correct this. Additionally, the upgraded cabinets we paid thousands for are peeling from day one. They’ve refused to provide matching paint for touch-ups, leaving us with no solution for the ongoing damage.
Bad experience with the reps
We were contracted through our builder with them.
Reps are rude for after sales service. very stubborn & disrespectful
Craftmanship is poor lot of defects, misalignments

This is a great place for new kitchens. The sales consultants are excellent kind caring and very professional. I trust Oakdale.
LIES AFTER LIES. Not sure how to describe this corrupt business. I was dealing with Paul (who is very soft spoken but is the most clever person). He made my whole kitchen and I decided to go for 3rd level which was good quality kitchen. Poorest was wood filling cabinets.
So after months and after whole remodelling the shelves were of the material that I wanted but the rest of cabinets (majority of kitchen approx 80 percent of kitchen) was made of wood filling.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL DONT FALL FOR THIS CORRUPT PEOPLE.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT DEAL WITH COMPANY AND POEPLE LIKE PAUL.

Recently had a custom kitchen with a lot of detail installed. Also built in bar with custom wood work, and a feature panelled wall. Great service and professionalism. We are very pleased with our new kitchen .
Oakdale Kitchens just completed the installation of my custom designed kitchen, they where extremely helpful in designing an amazing functional and beautiful kitchen for me.
In spite of all the issues every industry is having today with supply and staffing I found their workmanship and service to be exceptional…

Our experience with Oakdale Kitchens was terrific. To say they provide professional service and exceptional products is an understatement. The recommendations that were given to us we’re also top notch, we now have the kitchen of our dreams. Thanks for all your continuous support! 5/5
This company is Joke! My whole kitchen has no one piece of cabinet door/drawer is up to my satisfactory! I Am Not perfectionism and I am simply looking at alignment of the door panels, proper closure of the door, functional soft close, cracks but simply touchups on the panels(exeuse me?! For a brand new kitchen?), etc! Stay away!
Maple kitchen cabinet doors felt like sandpaper to the touch. Clearly there was lots of dust in their spray booth when they were finishing them. They did *eventually* refinish them, but my house was missing cabinet doors for quite a while. Especially during a gathering for all to see my partial kitchen.
A few years have passed since, and the cabinets really don't look all that great and have not held up that well in a very low traffic house (two adults).
Sales person seemed very pleasant, until there were issues.
I asked for glass doors, but as someone who does not build kitchens every day, I had no idea that I had to specify to have little dividers in the glass. (Referred to as mullions). I was never given an option. I think it is unreasonable to expect your average person who knows nothing about ordering custom kitchens to know about details like that.
When you order windows for a house, they provide you with options and even ask you where you want the mullions if at all). I receive my doors and was disappointed from day one. They wanted to charge an extra $600 to make new doors to have the mullions built in.
Needless to say, I would never go back there again. The price they gave me seemed reasonable at the time, but since shopping around there price really was not all that great.
It seems to me that they typically mass produce new home builder grade kitchens. So clearly it is about quantity and pumping them out of their warehouse.

My husband and I went looking around for cabinet makers to create a comfortable kitchen in our little bungalow. We went to a couple of places and found Oakdale Kitchens to be personable and not ridiculously overpriced.
We met up with a designer, Vince, who as months and months went by seemed more like the Polk-a-Roo.
Our kitchen was supposed to be completed 2 months prior to when an installer eventually showed up. I am getting a little ahead of myself, and I want all of you to know the cat and mouse game I have been playing with this company to get kitchen cabinets installed, that were and are paid for.
At first it was made to seem to be our fault, that we called in the specs for our appliances too late. Fine, it was pushed back by a couple of weeks, then we got a phone call saying that because they were swamped they couldn't colour the inside of our cabinets if we wanted them on time, that was fine. They did take $800 off the ten thousand for this delay and inconvenience. Now it's the week when everything should be installed, no phone call no contact from Oakdale Kitchens. Another week passes by, we decide to call, we called at a bad time and he'll get back to us.?. A little bit more of the same, then we call again, our kitchen is over 6 weeks late and no form of communication to at least put our minds at ease, well we did get an answer to where our kitchen guy was one of the weeks we were calling and not getting a response, he was on holiday...Great, he'll probably need another one soon so he'll have to install our kitchen to get the other 50% of what is due on completion.
Almost two months go by, our kitchen is finally delivered. Only after I called, had Vince paged and coincidently he doesn't check his mesages, great customer service, he also sounded shocked that our kitchen hadn't been installed yet. What kind of company is this?
Wouldn't you want to check up on your clients, you designed the kitchen, you gladly gave us pricing, and now we're just pushed to the back of the room and ignored?
I just want the kitchen I paid for.
The delivery guys arrive, but the delivery guys are not the installation guys, they should be arriving shortly. They never show up, but that's alright, because the delivery guys arrived 6 hours later then they were supposed to. I received a phone call that morning saying my kitchen would be delayed a little longer and it would be installed later in the afternoon, because there was a mistake made with scheduling.
The kitchen has yet to be installed, a lovely man is now working on it, but is unhappy with the measurements and has said the cabinets were not done correctly, all great news to me.
The cabinets are scuffed and the invoice stated that they should have been delivered almost two months to the day they actually were. What was going on in their warehouse?
Honestly, after the months of waiting and poor customer service, I would have gladly paid the extra 5 thousand for a kitchen company that would have given me less of a hassle and better craftsmanship. That 5 thousand would have saved us the inconvenience of living without a kitchen, appliances and all and eating out 3 times a week. We are thankful family lives close by.
Stay away from this place, go elsewhere.
As of an hour ago, I received a phone call from Vince informing me one of the managers of Oakdale would be arriving shortly to help put our minds at ease, that was an hour ago.
