Bought not one but two garden hoses in June 2015 trusting they were checked as the staff said. Not a lot of money but I resent the scam they pull on a trusting public. Be extremely careful of what you buy from this store. Complain? Why bother! No returns - no refund. If you cannot test it before you part with your money, give it a pass.
Pay more elsewhere and have something that works.
