StorageMart in Lethbridge has been fantastic! Their pricing on a 10x20 unit was really good compared to others in town. I especially appreciated that they offer a pro-rated daily rate if you move out within the first week of the month—it saved me from paying for days I didn’t need. Huge shoutout to Zoey, who went above and beyond helping me move some heavy items when she saw I wasn’t able-bodied. That kind of kindness and service really stands out. Highly recommend this business!

I rented a storage bin from storage Mart for several months. They were very easy to work with, as I moved from one unit to another, and my Rental unit got smaller and smaller as I was moving more stuff out to my house. The staff was amazing and very easy to deal with. Thank you very much Storage Mart.

My star ratings are for the staff and unit location only. The staff are excellent. I dealt with Zoey most of the time and she was fantastic. Always pleasant and friendly to deal with. Knows her stuff. Great first face of the company. Dealt with Spencer and the manager on a couple of occasions and they were good as well.

My only criticism would be the monthly rental rate increases. Seemed like there were increases every three to six months. Received notification of an increase for June 2025 and again for July of 2025. A total rate increase of approximately 15%. That on top of another increase in March I believe. If they were increases based on market value that would be accurate based on my research. Two other vendors were 50% or less than Storage Marts rate. Prompted the decision to move despite almost two years of being there. Friend’s daughter moved for the same reason and is paying almost 50% less for the same size unit. Storage Mart’s “market values” must be internal to the company’s own locations.

We’ve had a unit at this location for a couple of years now..and just added a temporary second one as we are drowning in stuff and needed a backup lol. They’ve been great, and it was a very smooth process!
Dealt with Bishop today, and Zoey previously, and both are very friendly, professional, accommodating and great at their job 😊

Zoey helped me out a lot when I moved my stuff in and was great helping me cancel my rental :) definitely felt like my stuff was safe there as well.
