For over 50 years, Diamond Standard Exteriors has been dedicated to transforming homes across the western suburbs of Chicagoland. Originally founded in 1972 as Dan’s Home Improvements by Dan Fluett, the company began as a small, family-run business focused on quality craftsmanship. When his brother Steve joined, the company evolved into D-S Exteriors, expanding its expertise in home exteriors and building a reputation for excellence.
The company has rebranded more recently a third time as Diamond Standard Exteriors, and as such, we continue that legacy—setting the highest standards in exterior remodeling while maintaining the personal touch, family-owned and operated environment, and trusted service that have defined us for decades.
