I bought aluminum decking and railing from Craft-Bilt. Both products are excellent. However, delivery was more than a month after the promised date, and they missed a number of railing components which they had to send by courier. I love the way this project turned out, but I don't know if I would deal with them again.
We are glad that your project turned out the way you loved. On the other hand, we apologize regarding the late delivery and missing railing component for your project. As you mentioned we mailed out missing railing components right away to your house with no charge. Sometimes a delay can occur due to an issue with one of our vendors, over which we have no control, as was the case with the decking.

Needed small job of a stair railing. Looked at variety of options. This was undoubtable the best quality, finished look of anything I could find as a do it yourselfer. Ordering easy, timing decent. Instruction sheet helpful, maybe not so much to novices.( You need to do your own sizing and spacing for perfect look). But for best finished look, clean lines, fully hidden hardware I wouldn't in future use anyone else but Craftbilt.Rating 100%.
