We e-mailed Emergency Disaster Recovery, Inc. after discovering rainwater dripping from the ceiling of our bathroom during the night. Kyle and Andy arrived in the morning. After assessing the problem, Kyle explained clearly the cause and extent of damage and suggested a course of action. We approved their plan and the young men took over. They met with our insurance adjuster. They contracted with quality repair persons and purchased necessary supplies.
