Sia did a terrific job of securing my attic from squirrels. Months later when I heard them again, I called and he visited the same day. An exit door had gotten stuck in the open position. He fixed it and did not charge me because he guarantees his work. He is an honest businessman with integrity. This is the person you want working with you!

Sia was very responsive and came out within 2 hours. He was very professional and friendly and completed the job (squirrel removal) in little more than 30 minutes. I would definitely use his services again as well as recommend him to others.

I had recently heard some noises in the soffits of my home. After some googling it seemed I may have a squirrel or two entering my attic. I have no experience with squirrels and I was worried about the possible electrical or structural damage they may cause from chewing, as well as the mess they could leave behind. I searched for wildlife control providers near me. There were a few options with mixed feedback, but then saw Sia Wildlife Control and was very impressed with the reviews. I called and spoke with Sia directly. He initially asked some questions about the noises I had heard and the locations and times I was hearing them. Immediately I was impressed by his knowledge of the issue. He reaffirmed that it was likely a squirrel entering my attic scheduled an appointment very quickly to inspect my home and remedy the problem.

He was able to pinpoint a weak spot in the roof intersection that was the likely entry point for the squirrels. Sia installed a one-way door at this location to allow the squirrel to leave and not return. Upon his inspection of the attic space, he located a nest with 3 babies present. He previously warned me that this was possible as it was within one of the times of year in which squirrels give birth. Sia immediately prioritized the safety of the babies and used material to keep them warm while removing them. The babies were placed in a box on the roof to wait for their mother to retrieve them. Not much later that day, after the visit was complete, I watched the mother squirrel exit through the one-way door and begin to retrieve her babies.

Over the next few days I heard no noises and felt assured that the issue was solved. Sia performed a follow-up visit to remove the one-way door and ensure the weak spot in the roof was properly protected going forward. I’m extremely happy with the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of the service as well as the very reasonable price. I won’t hesitate to call if I ever encounter any pest or wildlife issues in the future.

We appreciated his patience and knowledge of informing us what steps he would take to resolve and what we should expect during the removal period. SIA was very professional and knowledgeable. Me and my family just moved into our new home. We thought we have carpenter ant and earwig issue. But to find out it wasn't carpenter ants and he spread insecticide around the house and we don't see many of the earwigs in the house anymore. Also when he arrived he spotted there was a hole that rotten digged into our garage(we didn't notice). He made a one way door that allows it to come out not be able to get back to the garage. Very nice craftsmanship!
