By far...the best experience, I've had with a service professional at Anderson. I’ve been a customer with Anderson for almost 20 years. I’m never been disappointed in their service, but I was blown away by John’s knowledge of my unit and the respectful way that he explained why I’m going to need a new unit very soon. I didn’t feel like he was placating me and “just trying to sell something”. John provided great service, He was very friendly and helpful and I hope to keep him as my tech in the future.
