For New York seniors recovering from hospitalization for illness or injury, we provide the highest quality rehabilitation care to help them get well and back home. We pledge to honor each individual’s wishes, goals, and unique personality. During the current pandemic, we have added a specialty care program for those recovering from COVID. Our Manhattan campus is the only health and rehabilitation center in New York City staffed by full-time physicians and nurse practitioners, in partnership with Mount Sinai Health System.
