Pretty nice overall facility, great access hours. Diana in the office is fantastic. Unfortunately Sentinel had high rates to begin with and raised them more so. It's a shame because the price is the only reason I left.

Sentinel has a super easy check-in process and offered me the best deal after being automatically enrolled in a new contract at my previous storage as they sold the business without any notice to it's customers. I was offered my first month free of charge including renters Insurance. And my next month's fees are a 1/4 of what the last rental company was charging me. The front desk clerk was super friendly and welcoming as well.

Very nice staff easy access to unit as well as well protected and secure. Fast easy move in process and they give your u three keys with the lock for a fee. Very well maintained.

Everyone I spoke with was so kind and helpful. Definitely a great experience and will use Sentinel again when I need storage.

I had just a quick question and when I explained that she had answered my question and so I would give that info to my husband and he would make further arrangements the woman on the phone was extremely rude. Could have had my business all winter long but that one phone called made it so I wouldn’t trust these people at all. Absolutely horrendous rude.

Fantastic service and very accommodating. Needed a 10x10 for temp storage while moving, then process was extremely easy to transition into a smaller unit as needs changed. Girls in the office are kind, helpful, and willing to find the best solution for your needs.

I got caught in the post covid rental frenzy when it was impossible to find a place to rent. I lived in a hotel with my family for 10 months until I found a home to rent. I used Sentinel storage in gasoline alley Red Deer to store all my furniture and belongings during that time. I found the people in the office absolutely amazing and helpful and I didn't have to worry at all about security. My fear was damage to my belongings. Water leaking in, mice etc. I rented an unheated unit and after 10 months of a hot summer and cold winter, I'd pretty much resigned myself to the inevitable. When we emptied my unit I was beyond thrilled to find that absolutely nothing had been damaged in any way nor was there any signs of vermin. If you need a reliable storage facility that you know you can count on, this is definitely the one to choose.

Will at Sentinel was so accommodating. Everything went as planned. I would definitely recommend this way to move. They delivered, they picked up and stored my stuff for a month and then brought and picked up the 10x20 unit. Easy Peasy. Thanks Jackie

I have used Sentinel for storage in both Calgary and Red Deer and have always found them to be helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Friendly and very competent staff. Made a last minute request for a 10 x 10 unit possible in record time. Unit was very clean and conveniently located near our south end location.

Was fairly easy to sign up online. Bit of an issue when you receive the bar code on your phone. As when you get it there how do you scan it then?
Otherwise great. At the site the staff was excellent.

Ladies at the front are very friendly and helpful. Gave an overview of policies on the agreement paper before letting me sign (that I dont have enough time to read it) and options for extensions of rent.
