James and the team were fantastic. Smooth, efficient and straightforward with every aspect of my experience. I always felt that my stored belongings were safe and secure all the time. Accessing my locker after office hours was also easy, and I always felt personally safe, even late at night. Highly recommend the team at Access storage downtown.

The team at Access Storage were great. Prompt and very helpful. I had trouble entering on my first visit, but he very kindly showed me how to enter and stayed to make sure I got in OK. Place was very clean and well organized.

Price. Definitely could be better. No washroom use after 6pm due to vandals. Nothing is around the area after hours that's open. Very tight entrance and exit system.

I have been helped by Jim a few times now and I’m so impressed by the amazing service I always experience due to how thorough, considerate and kind he is! Always goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a hassle-free and efficient storage space!

Update - Sept 2024... yet again awesome communication, people and facility.

I was so worried where to put all my stuff since I’m in between apartments right now. Access Storage came through last minute to save the day!! I rented the locker a day before moving in and the whole process of moving in was done under an hour. So easy and hassle-free! Plus you get the first 4 weeks for free, the staff was incredible friendly and helpful and the storage room is spacious clean and super easy to access.

What an amazing company and I can’t thank Ferris enough for all his expertise and help. Customer service professionals are hard to find these days. I left feeling confident and at ease with my decision to use Access Storage. I would recommend Access Storage to anyone looking to store their stuff. Thanks again!

Clean storage rooms, drive-in access is great on a rainy days, good size elevators, and dollies to help move in/out. Very easy to book over the phone and friendly staff on-site. First 4 weeks free, and there was no fuss to cancel once we emptied our locker.

The person who helped us when we signed in was absolutely great. We arrived just under the wire for closing and he helped us out anyway. We went through everything we needed to and we felt cared for. 5/5 would definitely recommend.
Just be sure to reserve and arrive from 9-6pm as the office is not open as long as the rest of the building.

Excellent facility! Bright, clean and conveniently located to downtown Toronto. Ladies, I've always felt safe at this facility no matter what time of the day. A security code is required to get into the building and there are lots of cameras everywhere.

Access storage was responsible for receiving my container from overseas. They stored my goods for 3 months and then delivered them last week. They were very professional throughout the entire process. There was excellent communication throughout the process and the employees I came into contact with were exemplary in their conduct and personal interaction. I highly recommend them for any of your relocation needs.

If I could give less than 1, perhaps a minus 100 stars I would although it would be unkind to do so however that is the closest description to the abuse I endured with their store manager. From store level horrible verbal abuse and disrespect and from their none existent management a desire to encourage a terrible customer service culture. Save yourself your hard earned money and go somewhere else!

We had a fantastic experience at this location! My husband purchased an abandoned storage locker and from the first phone call, the staff were so helpful. Ferris and Vinay are a true asset to your company! Vinay was so kind when we showed up 10 minutes before closing due to terrible traffic and he was very patient with us as we worked through a payment snafu. He never made us feel rushed and, as someone who works in customer service, I really appreciated his pleasant, helpful attitude.

Farris is absolutely superb. Even handed, smart, welcoming, honest, and sincere. I really liked him and his approach. He was outstanding with every encounter.
