Very clean units and grounds. The friendly and helpful staff made moving in and out super easy and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again should we need to.

Had never used public storage before. Jenn at the Access Storage in Barrie was very good in explaining all the options and getting the right one for us. The storage unit was clean and access to the unit was very good.

Haven't stored anything in my unit as yet however, I can most certainly say that my experience with staff has been great! Very knowledgeable and, polite. Very nice people to deal with.

I was moving to a new house which didn't end up processing the day I was moving. I needed last second storage and they were here to save me. Got a double unit which worked out nicely till Monday when I got to move into the new house. The cost was great too. 50 dollars for the first month for 2 units. They provided me locks as well. Which I paid for separately. Had a great experience! Thank you for the help that I needed.

I've been dealing with Access Storage for about 6 years. They've been very helpful and understanding - I've been in and out, have changed units a few times, and every time I've dealt with the people in the office at the Miller Street location in Barrie, they've been great.

I was the rude and very upset customer on the phone when the voicemail picked up, to have me on hold for almost 10 minutes to get told the office was closed on Saturdays. Legit reason to be upset and that is why you loose one star with me. All that said, it was the call I received after I had left my articulated voicemail of dissatisfaction that I came back around. They were not able to service me in my area, however, I had to move. My lease was up and I had not planned well enough in advance to know I would need a unit and so they provided me with an alternate, it was larger and cost me double the first one would have, but it was that or no where to put my commercial/office items. Long and short, unit was closer to the existing office than I realised, walked in, sat for five minutes while the staff did the paperwork, bought a lock, and here we are. Lesson here; do not judge the storage company based on your own complacency when they're office hours were posted for months prior to your move and be grateful for those who will bring you across the finish line as these people did on a Saturday when a lease is up on Sunday at midnight! Great work! Yes, tell people you are closed at the onset of the message, very important as that was the failure, but other than that, great service, clean unit, lock rates fair!

Access Storage 30 Miller Dr is clean, accessible, and everything you'd need for secure storage. The buildings are perfect to keep your belongings safe and sound. However, it is the staff that make this truly 5 star- above and beyond, friendly and kind.

The staff at this place have been very helpful! it was a no stress move in and clear detailed billing..
the price is good too! About$129/ month 5x10.. fits my kayak which is 14 ft long plus totes etc!!
