My experience with Access Storage Kitchener Alpine was excellent. The staff offered friendly and prompt service. For future needs, this location would be my choice.

Nicole and Jen were awesome to deal with. I was coming from out of town and they helped me sign up for my storage unit and were helpful with tips for areas I should check out around the city. Super friendly and easy to deal with. Thank you for your help :)

From the minute I went in to visit the CSR at Access on Hayward I have received amazing service. Information was clear and conscise and as promised when I first went in, the transition from a 5 x 10 to a 10 x 10 locker was quick and seamless. The property is nice and clean. Security features make you feel safe. Thank you Nicole, Jenn and the first CSR I had contact with, keep up the great work. Customer service of this level is very rare....have a great summer.

I rented 2-different storage lockers from the Kitchener Alpine Access Storage location in recent months to support separate moves due to downsizing and relocation, and both times found the team at the Kitchener Alpine location professional, helpful and responsive to all questions. The location is spacious and easily accessible with vehicles and trucks of all sizes with convenient drive-up units which is a bonus! Nicole and Jenn took care of me start to finish and would recommend this location for your storage needs. They will take great care of you!

The VIDEO - For Size Guide - is SO HELPFUL!! The phone agent was so helpful and genuine - answered questions before I knew I had them. Gave me great advice on a unit. No up-sell! No pressure. Impressed!! So far, so good.

These guys were great, even though my move in was a bit hectic and I missed business hours to get my code when I first moved to the area, they tried their best to assist me. The general manager is great, the maintenance staff is great and the front desk is definitely amazing.

It was my first outdoor location and it was great, I just needed to move out because I needed to get a unit closer to family. I think the price was good and everyone was helpful with assistance on billing and any other questions I had.

Idk what woman I talked to you but she was 100% the reason I canceled getting a storage unit with them. I'm not the only person who said she's horrible. I also still haven't gotten my deposite back and of course cant get through to anyone to get it back. I'd rather set my stuff on fire then rent a unit with them

At the Wayard location, they were very informative, understanding and explained everything in detail. It was fast and easy to get set up.

Ruiner of Santa gifts. Stored some really big Santa gifts for our son just to try and grab them Christmas Eve and turns out even if you have a unit you can’t access the building so ruined some of our Santa gifts. So thanks for that :) lesson learned we can’t store everything here.

Sat. Dec 21/2024 was so unpleasant to deal with. I left without using this facility for my storage needs 100% because of him.
This place offers what you think are reasonably priced units only to have overpriced everything else.
I went with Public Storage and had so much of a better experience! And far better priced!
Save yourself the annoyance of possible having the misfortune of dealing with the guy I spoke with today and move along.

Jacqui was very informative and helpful throughout my entire process. From the initial booking to closing the unit, everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone requiring a unit!

I had outside storage for my boat and my experience was great. The gate worked every time, lots of security cameras and I felt my boat was safe. Staff was helpful when needed I will be back.

This is a great location and ideal for my requirements as a Realtor staging a home for sale. All of the excess items from the home fit nicely in the storage unit while we prepare the property for the market sale. Staff are friendly and reasonable rates for service.

Horrible experience form beginning to end. The call center team will harass you by calling over 10 times within a 24-hour time period. The communication that's sent out about billing and payments is all wrong and when you call to inquire about it you just get told "we know, it's just the way the system does it".... then get a new system. When you call whoever answers the phone in this location's office is rude and snarky with customers. Hidden fees are not explained to you when signing up, they also didn't listen to the start date I requested which resulted in me having to pay $60+ for an extra week. No customer parking on site when you have to go into the office, and you do. Because calling the number on the website takes you to the horrible & useless call center. There's lots of other storage facilities in KW, do yourself a favour and avoid this one!

Genuine question, are you opened on Sundays? As Google says yes but the office is closed. Good idea to maybe update the hours online. Otherwise, no issues with having my items here!

Safe, secure, clean. Those managing the place are courteous, respectful and most helpful from ensuring your unit is properly locked to offering the best moving products. Highly recommend.

Smooth process from start to finish. Friendly, helpful staff. Clear, straight forward protocols. Signage on the end of each block of storage units would be helpful, and my unit was a little dingy/dirty - those are the only negatives I can think of. Felt like security system was solid.

This location on Hayward Ave., Kitchener, was recommended by a family member who had a good experience with staff on-site.
I too, was very impressed with the friendly and efficient staff, as well as the cleaniness of property. Would highly recommend it.
