J'ai laissé de nombreux messages sans un seul retour d'appel. La compagnie a prélevé d'avance un montant de $660 de ma carte de crédit car les réparations ne pouvaient être effectuées avant l'hiver. Au printemps, le technicien a indiqué que les réparations du spa seraient de plus de $5000. Il a donc été décidé de ne pas procéder avec les réparations. Je voudrais réclamer le montant qui a été prélevé sur ma carte mais personne ne me rappelle malgré mes nombreux messages laissés sur la boite vocale de Karine.

Service surprenant. Le technicien est arriver avec un gros atelier mobile et à refait a neuf mes deux pompes. Pas mal plus simple que de défaire les pompes pour les apporter chez un réparateur pour ensuite les remettre en place.

Ils sont bien organiser. Le technicien est venu installer un abris au dessus de mon spa avec deux chaufferettes en attendant les pièces pour ensuite remplacer la bonne pièce. Ça ma couté 350$ Un pris bien justifiée.

La personne au téléphone ma dit qu’il avait un gros atelier mobile pour la réparation des tapis roulant. Effectivement le camion est énorme. Le réparateur à bien réparer mon tapis roulant life fitness.
