Smith Surveyors, Inc., a family-owned business, has provided surveying services to the Upstate of South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and surrounding areas since 1909. We perform over 700 surveys a year including Boundary Surveys, untold dozens of ALTA-ACSM Surveys, Topographic Surveys and Mapping, Utility Easement Surveys, Horizontal and Vertical Control Surveys, and Construction Surveys.
