I was renting a unit with them for 3 years. They doubled the rate after a year. This is standard practice. But I didnt know that at the time. And I asked multiple people if it was only my unit or if it was building wide. Multiple people told me it was building wide. No it was my Unit. When I left they wouldn't reimburse me for the rest of the Month I still had left while renting my unit to someone else. Just NOT a great friendly, reasonable experience unfortunately.

Terrific experience! John and Aries displayed excellent customer service. I am very happy with my rental and I was also able to purchase moving supplies at the same location.

Always pleasant front staff and very helpful. The units are clean and secure.
They have a mandatory insurance you need to pay, minimum per month is 8 dollars.
We have rented 3 units over the past 10 years and have never had issues with payments or cancelations.

I spoke with Stephanie and John prior to booking my storage unit. Then Aries did the actual booking at a later date. Aries is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I left feeling comfortable that my belongings would be safe and secure. WHAT A TEAM!!! 10/10

Both were very efficient and friendly and Brittany even gave us a tour of the facility which was immaculate!!

The location is clean and well kept. Aries was professional and welcoming. He took the time to go through all the information and made sure we understood how to access all areas safely and easily. Great service.

Great pricing, incredibly clean space and the staff have been amazing everytime we had questions or needed something! John explained everything and when we had questions he was ready to help and answer them without hesitation! So glad we picked this location for our storage needs and will definitely continue using them in the future!

Booking with John and Aries was a breeze. They worked hard to get everything i needed and were great with keeping the mood light! The unit space was nice and clean as well. Would highly recommend.

Just a few minutes ago, we went to this place and asked if we could rent a space.
Aries was so helpful! It was too cold and busy, however, he still managed to help us view the spaces available. The $1 dollar is legit! Aries helped us to see different options. He was very helpful and we appreciate it!

Aries was extremely helpful and made sure I had the space I needed, without it being too much or too little. He took the time to explain everything to me, and left me with zero questions. The facility is very clean, and quiet. I would recommend this location for your storage needs.

Jeff was amazing this morning at getting us set up during such a difficult time of life. He clearly communicated everything got us a great price and went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and comfortable! Also the month by month aspect is amazing with such great prices!

Brittney was amazing! From phone call inquiry to my arrival within the hour! The staff in general brings back the level of customer service that use to be the norm. Customer service over all is exceptional. If I could tip for this service I would! The same level of service and enthusiasm was everytime I walked in the door and for every customer whom they knew by name!

Stephanie and John were amazing to work with to get my storage needs addressed. Such lovely people! This facility is immaculately clean and warm.

Really great service. The Team are very polite and helpful, the prices are great and they have promotional discounts. The spaces are very clean and there are enough trolleys for multiple people load and unloading. I had 3 units there while moving house. Really pleased

This location never ceases to impress me. Today I came in to rent additional storage and Will was awesome! He gave me a great deal on a second unit and reviewed all the pertinent information I needed to know. The staff here is always friendly and accommodating. Stephanie is super fun to deal with, too. Thanks to all of you for making this storage experience so smooth.

I have used Public Storage Airdrie in the past and was very satisfied. The cleanliness of the building and my unit rental was just the right size for the corresponding cost of rental. When my situation changed again, I found the need for another unit and I knew straight where to go! Again, the cost for the space I needed is manageable with the bonus of a variable payment plan. I didn't have enough money on my credit card for one option so the second option worked perfectly for my budget. The employees that helped me -Will & Brittany, are friendly, knowledgeable and were able to make my life situation as easy as possible! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Brittany was excellent she took me to the storage area and showed me the size of the area that I would be renting which happens to be right across from the elevator, which is perfect.
She took the time to explain to me everything about the unit all the details about the lease agreement.
In these days where customer service is really lacking some of those businesses should go out to public storage Airdrie and take note of the way Brittany shows her professional customer service truly awesome I will definitely recommend public storage and Airdrie too all my friends and family.

The team members at this location are fantastic, but I have to give a huge shout out to Aries for his amazing support in finding the right solution for me. Aries was very knowledgeable and was able to help me problem solve to find solutions to my not so easy moving situation. Thank you for making this part of my relocation such a positive experience. This is my first experience with self storage and Brittany could not have been more helpful. A drive up storage unit of my requested size was not available so Brittany had the patience and took the time to find something that would work.
