YES Youth Fitness and Sports Performance

We’re often asked, “what is YES!” It’s easy to answer with, “we’re a first of its kind fitness facility created just for youth to help them pursue better health and wellness for life.” But in truth, YES! is so much more than that. YES! is a mom who believes so much in our mission that she loads up her minivan with her kids and the neighbor’s kids and brings them all to YES! and she is trying to talk her husband into a 15 passenger van so she can bring more kids next year! YES! is a coach who makes such great connections with the youth he coaches that the parents say they just can’t imagine working with anyone else because it’s become more than just fitness…it’s about relationship and bonding. YES! is a coach who is so proud of one of the youth he trains – he calls him his “buddy” and means it – that he grabs a camera and takes a picture of “Mikey” proudly wearing his Special Olympic ribbons and invites everyone he knows to “like” it on Facebook. YES! is about a young girl who has battled and won her fight against a brain tumor and now makes a daily decision to keep growing stronger.
