My appointment was at 3pm. They finally took me at 4pm because the girl before me kept saying "1 more dress" apparently.

Unprofessional. They let me wait, and I only got to try on 3 dresses.

The lady also told me that I could only wear strapless due to my cup size. That is completely untrue.

Not a good experience for my first wedding dress shopping. They also do not let you look through dresses but simply being you what they think you will like. Odd.

Do NOT reccomend.

When I walked into Superior Bridal it truly was an experience like no other. The shop has a very homey feel it and the ladies working there are SO humble, patient and extremely sincere. It's a family run business and the genuine positive energy that they express towards one another is totally transfused in the service that they provide to their customers. Vai was my bridal coach and not only was she friendly, soft spoken and professional but she was also extremely astute when it came to her dress styles and those that were going to best suit me. I literally just stood there and Vai did all the work. As she walked in and out with a variety of dresses she always did so with a smile. Her elderly mother sat on the couch and watched me from a distance. She added that life touch that no bridal boutiques that I had visited had... antiquity at it's best in living form. When I found my dress both Vai and the mother hugged me as if I had been one of their clients for decades and before I knew it the owner of the boutique Elena came into the room to congratulate me on saying "yes to the dress". As I left their boutique that evening I was moved at the level of service that I had received from each one of the ladies from Superior Bridal. I knew I was in good hands with them and have had nothing but positive experiences with them since. I would recommend this bridal boutique to any bride that's looking for her "happily ever dress" and it has earned my 5 star rating!

Superior Bridal was awesome. Elena and the staff made my experience positive from beginning to end. Because of them, I have the most beautiful wedding dress. Thank you Elena!

I had my first dress fitting and it was a wonderful experience:) I enjoyed learning the process of how to put my dress on and my seamstress was lovely and showed my sister (MOH) how to lace up my corset, since that will be one of her duties on the day. There's still lots to be done to my dress but they made me feel at ease and I know my gown is in amazing hands! Can't wait for my second dress fitting. Also this was the best bridal boutique I had been to in terms of service and dress selection. They have so much amazing variety that can fit within any budget. Beautiful dress selections and I felt every employee was warm and welcoming. I strongly recommend Superior Bridal if your looking for the gown of your dreams!!!

8 years ago my little sister got her prom dress at Superior Bridal and back then I remember thinking that I would check them out when it was time for me to find my bridal gown! Now here I am. I made superior bridal my first bridal appointment and since I had my eye on an Alvina Valenta gown, I was sure this appointment would be nothing but a great start (as they don't carry this brand). Our consultant, Vera, was fantastic. She helped me in many gowns, was attentive to what I was interested in...and, at the end of the appointment, asked if she could put me in "one more gown" that she thought would look nice on me. Sure enough, I put on that gown, and fell in love!!! Without Vera I highly doubt I would have tried that dress on. I recently went back to Superior Bridal with my Mom, who purchased her mother of the bride dress. Overall we had a great experience.

They don't limit the guests you may bring with you, although I would recommend no more than 4 people accompany you to your appointment. Although their interior is a little outdated, they are a family run business and are so helpful! They are quite flexible and I have made a few bold suggestions regarding alterations I would like on my dress and they have have no issues helping me out!

I can't wait for my wedding day!

I bought a dress for my daughter and we both are very happy.Person who was attending us looked at my daughter and went up and when she came back she has a dress in her hands.My daughter tried it on and we both fell in love with that dress.Thanks to the store I don't have to go store to store for looking up for dress.

This store is a disaster. Very old, dirty and smelly. I can't imaging buying a dress from Superior and getting it home and finding out it smells. I couldn't bring myself to try anything on it was so bad.

I stopped by Superior Bridal for the first time yesterday. My mom and I were welcomed right away by Viera and Donna, two beautiful ladies. They spent an hour with me searching through thousands of dresses just for me. They understood my vision and picked the perfect dress! Thank you for your patience with me and your support through this exciting experience. I couldn't love my dress more!

This place is a joke. I DO NOT recommend making an appointment! Save your time and go elsewhere. ANYWHERE but here.
They are unprofessional, disorganized and irresponsible.

In late November 2015 I called to schedule an appointment for myself, the bride, and bridesmaid dresses (as one of my bridesmaids had flown in for the appointment), for December 29 2015 at 11am, I was told that time and date was available and was asked to wear tights to the fitting. Easy enough..

On December 29, 2015 I drove out of my way (over an hour), through the snow storm to the store. To my surprise they were CLOSED. I immediately I called the store after a long winded message, I discovered that they were closed for the holidays, I then checked the website on my cellphone and found no indication that the store was closed for holidays, I have no idea why they booked me for an appointment if they knew they were closed for the holidays.

This has caused me a great inconvenience and a lot of frustration and a total waste of time for my bridesmaids, as I previously mentioned, one of my bridesmaids flew in specially this appointment. Never mind that I had to drive out of my way through a snow storm.

I am so disappointment and frustrated. How do you possibly run a business if you can't simply figure out how to properly schedule an appointment or look at a calendar or simply remember that your store is closed for a period of time. What a joke.

I left a message for them on December 29, 2015 about this situation and to this day, January 5, 2016 no one contacted me. It would be nice to hear an apology, even better an explanation, but clearly that is far to complicated for people who cannot even book an appointment.

If anyone from Superior Bridal is reading this, you should be embarrassed, and you should learn how to properly run a business and consider better training since you and your staff cannot complete a simple task that a child could do.

I would never recommend this store to anyone, save your time, save your money, go anywhere but here.

I've been to superior for two weddings now.. We found the brides dress as well as the bridesmaids dresses there. Vi and Elena were wonderful and really know their stuff. The reason for writing my review is because I recently had to deal with another bridal store and they ordered all of our dresses too small... Then I remembered how lovely superior has always been. I will definitely be back when I get engaged!

My sister bought her dress at Superior Bridal ten years ago and always had a great experience....so I decided to book an appointment with them as well.......and it was the same great experience!!!!!
Elena was very inviting...very personable and helped me with whatever I needed!!! I felt like I was at home......I had been to a few stores before Superior and did not get the service like I did with Elena. She did not rush me and took her time with me. She always had a smile and was very kind to my mom and sister....
I truly recommend Superior Bridal if you want a more personal..... down to earth experience!!!!
I knew that I would buy my dress here.......as so my best friend and her sister did too!!!!

I death with ELENA and she was the most sweetest person ever. They truly take their time with the brides by the end of my appointment I was so sure I had found my dress but Elena encouraged me that this is a big decision and since it was the only store I had been to, told me to check out some other stores so I no I have choose the right one. Well I went back a week later after going to 3 other stores and hands down the best experience one on one consultation I have had. They truly dedicate all their time to you. Mind you I had to wait 40 minutes because another appointment ran late but they made sure I was comfortable.

Vera, the owner, helped me during my initial appointment. She is very knowledgable as she has over 25 years in the business, and I felt I was in excellent hands. She also chose gowns for me that I would not have otherwise chosen. Although her salon is quite a distance from my house, I chose to buy from her because of my excellent experience with her. After I ordered the gown, I gained some weight so put off any fittings until only a few weeks before my wedding date. I honestly thought I was going to be in big trouble, but Vera and the other staff were very understanding and took the timeline in stride. I am very happy I chose this bridal salon.

When my daughter told me she booked an appointment with Superior Bridal, I immediately looks for reviews on the company. OMG I got to this page - and reading such negative reviews made me wonder why we would be wasting our time and I told my daughter that. She told me to keep an open mind.

Well, from the moment we walked in all the ladies were very pleasant. they dont fall all over you but that is fine, I dont need anyone to hover over me. They are direct, to the point but that is what I like - no surprises. We had appointment with Connie and she was the first consultant who sat us down to first find out details of the style of dresses, the wedding venue, size of wedding etc. I was so surprised, as no one had ever asked us any of that. Connie then selected dresses not anything like my daughter was looking at and it was so interesting to watch the styles evolve until suddenly we found 2 that looked like it had possibilities.

I loved Connie's sense of humour, a no nonsense person - and she really knows her stuff. If a dress did not look right, she would tell you right away. She did not rush us nor expect us to buy a dress that day. Gave us the options, her views, gave us the style numbers and names of dresses, which so many other bridal shops would not do!!! SO frustrating.

The following Saturday we returned to Superior, and again, we were greeted with smiles - and I did not find the "miserable" people that were mentioned in some of the negative reviews on this site!!! THey must have been at Inferior Bridal - NOT Superior.

The best part was hearing the cheers in the other rooms when the bride had made their decision - then clapping. Next was our decision - and for the first time the tears welled up in my eyes and I knew that we had found the dress.

Connie is an absolute gem to deal with - and I would recommend her to anyone who is shopping for their wedding dress. Do not pay attention to these negative reviews.

Superior Bridal was the first shop I started my wedding dress shopping with and 5 different bridal salons later, I'm back at Superior Bridal for my wedding dress! Altogether I went back to Superior Bridal 3 times.

My first visit I was greeted by Connie and she was faboulous. She took a look at the pictures I brought with me and since it was my first dress shopping experience that day Connie took the time to go over the different materials and styles with me. Taking into account my budget, she brought out 2 dresses that had the style I was looking for and she also brought out 4 other dresses with a style I have never thought about wearing before. She warned me beforehand that the styles I chose might not look as flattering on me as they do on the models in the pictures but she had me try them on anyways. I tried on the 2 styles that I was interested in and she has quite the eye, the dresses were not flattering at all. I then tried on the 4 she suggested and they looked amazing. She wrote down the names of the dresses along with the prices on a card for me and told me to go shop around more first before deciding on what I like. No pressure at all to buy.

On my second and third visit back, Vy was the one who looked after me and she was patient and was very down to earth. Taking into account what my budget was, Vy selected 5 dresses for me to try. I have to say, the ladies at Superior Bridal do have a trained eye for styles that would look good on a bride. I'm on the petite side and during my visits to other bridal salons, the consultants would pull dresses that looked good on the rack but emphasized how petite I was. Vy and Connie selected styles that were truly flattering. During my second visit I've narrowed it down to 2 dresses but I still couldn't decide. Again there was no pressure to buy right away.

I ended up making my third appointment a week later and had my bridesmaids come with me to help me decide. I got the dress during this visit! Now, I cannot speak to alterations and any post-purchase service yet. But once that process begins, I will come back with a follow-up review so 4 stars for now.

Bottom line is, if you are planning to visit Superior Bridal, go with an open mind. The consultants might select dresses for you to try that might not be exactly what you are looking for initially. Give it a try and you might be amazed at how certain styles you have never thought of will look so good on you.

At Superior Bridal I was not allowed to try any dresses on unless I was serious about purchasing it. I told the saleswoman that I wouldn't know if I was going to buy it until I tried it on. She replied that "we don't everyone try dresses on". She chose 4 dresses from the rack of demos-dresses that can be ordered. As I was trying these dresses on, the saleswoman left me to fend for myself. After the second dress I tried on, the saleswoman had still not returned, so I put my street clothes back on and left the store. Don't waste your time at Superior Bridal.

If your looking to be harassed verbally abused and insulted this is the place for you. They are pushy, bite your head off if you ask a question they don't like and are down right rude. They make u pay in full well before you pick up anything. The separate rooms they claim to have are non-existent. Trust me save yourself the aggravation and go to any other bridal store instead.

If i could I would give this store a big fat 0!!! This place looks like an old run down, very dirty cottage! My sister is getting married and foun her dress there so she decide to get the bridesmaids dresses there as well. Bad decision! They order all the bridesmaids dresse way too big! For ex. For someone who is a size 8 they order a size 16! Why u might ask? Here's why bc they r greedy and wanted to make an $95 in alterations since ow the dresses have to be taken supposed to being just hemmed. Not only do they have to do more work but they are like blaming us the extra work that has to be put in. My dress is too short and thier explanation for that is bc my shoes are too clunky! Mean while it's the same shoes I've had since the first fitting. They workers are extremely lazy I over heard them say the less work we have to do the better. They make u feel very uncomfortable during Ur fitting and when u would like something to be altered they give u look of digust! Wors experience of my life ! U think since we r the customers and we are Paying thier bills we would be treated like gold Instead of a bother and a head ache for them . I would never go back here even if someone paid me to! Over all the dresses suck!! Too many things went wrong To write ! And customer service is the worst! U would get better treatment if u where on trial for murder!!

The whole experience was great. Wonderful, caring staff that go out of their way to find the dress of my dreams. I can't say anything negative about the store. I am just thrilled with my experience. Vi was my salesperson and she is the best.

I just ordered my dress and I could not be happier. The lady brought me the dress I wanted to try on and additional ones that she thought would look good, and I ended up loving one of her suggestions and going with that one!!!! This was my third store (other 2 in woodbridge, MAJOR ATTITUDE). I can not wait until the dress is here. My mom, sis and future Sis in laws all want to go back to find their dresses as well. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

My experience was like a dream. Every request I could of ever had was fulfilled to the best of this boutiques ability. The staff and owners were so patient and helpful. I bought all of my bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride gown and flower girls dresses and gorgeous jewellry and accessories from them. Everyone in my bridal party felt looked like a princess. Not to mention many of my guests had purchased dresses from this boutique to wear to my wedding and they looked incredible. This boutique has many options for any bride and it is highly recommended.

I have never in my life written a negative review. I’m of the view that if you have nothing good to say than why bother saying anything at all. But this time I feel compelled to share my experience. I went in one evening with my mom n law and sister n law. We had an appointment. Despite being turned off by the upkeep of the store, the fact that they make you strip down in the open store and the lazyness of my sales lady, I found my dress and bought it within 30 minutes. My only concern regarding the purchase was that my dress arrive in first week of December as my wedding is in the first week of January. I was assured by my sales lady that it would be no problem at all. Relying on this term, I put down a deposit.

I called her the next morning regarding my brides maid dresses and during our conversation she told me that she placed the order and the dress would not arrive until late December at best!
I went in that evening to talk to her in person and she told me that she never did tell me that it would arrive in the first week of December and that myself, mom and sister n law were all mistaken. While agreeing that she remembered me saying that I would need my dress one month before, she still continued to insist that we all were lying! She then went on to say that she would call the designer the next morning and see if she could get the dress for early December. Despite feeling totally unsettled, I left giving her the chance to rectify it.

The next morning she called and told me that it would be in November. I was happy to hear this, but still felt very unsettled. After all she lied to me once, so she could very well do it again.

It gets worse. I went in a few days later with my mom and bridesmaid. We had an appointment for my bridesmaid dresses and I figured while I was there to show my mom ( who hadn’t seen it) the dress. As a courtesy I even called her the day before to advise her that I would be bringing my mom. But she didn’t return my call. When we arrived, she refused to show my mom the dress and insisted that since we only had an appointment for bridesmaids and not bridal, that she did not have time for us. She went on to say that “ we would not be talking about your ( my) dress until arrived”. Needless to say she was extremely RUDE and unprofessional. After continiously refusing to show us the dress she asked us if we would rather just cancel our order because she couldn’t take it anymore!!! I took her offer in a heartbeat. How could she tell me that I was not to talk about my dress until it arrived? Was it too much to ask for her to simply show the dress that I already had bought to my mom who hasn’t seen it?

On the way out, she cursed me and said that I would never find a dress!! I gave her a piece of mind and told her that I should have listened to all the negative reviews. It was truly an awful experience dealing with this store.

Since then, I found my dress and it is beautiful but more importantly I got amazing service!! In fact this store is by far the worst in terms of service to shop for a wedding dress.

I had the best exprience every. The staff were great and I love my dress. I really recommed this bridal shop.

The first impression I got from walking in the door was not a plesant one. It had a junky feel to it. There were dresses on hangers hanging on shelvers for shoes and accessories, The shoes were dirty, dresses were everywhere...it looked like a bad episode of Hoarders.

When the lady who was suppose to assist me with finding a wedding gown finally had time for me (I even had an appointment), she took me up stairs and asked what I was looking for. I gave her 4 things that I absolutely didn;t want and she brought me a dress that amazingly had everyone of those things. I explained it to her again and she stated getting annoyed with me. She showed me another dress and said that it was a small size and I may not get it on, which is exactly what happened. SHe first told me to take my clothes off which is a little unnerving since you're in an open room upstairs with no doors. I said lets just hold it up to you and see how it looks. I told her that I wouldn't be able to tell if a dress looks good on me that way and perhaps we should try on the next dress. She starting talking down to me as if I were a child, speaking in a slow pronunciated voice, treating me horribly. I finally spoke up and said I didn't appreciate the way she was speaking to me and she then invaded my personal space and told me I was rude for making fun of her. I tried to explain yet again, but she continued with her rant until I said I was done here.
When we went downstiars and she tried to tell her boss (sister)that I was rude to her b/c the dress was too small. I explained to her boss what had happened, but she just kept speaking over me so I left.
I would NEVER recommend anyone trying on dresses here. It was the worst experience EVER!

I love going to Superior Bridal! This is the place where my sister, sister-in-law, and I got our wedding dresses. This also includes the mother of the bride dresses and all of our bridesmaid dresses. We continually get great customer service and love going back.

There was also a time when I went in without an appointment to try on wedding dresses, and they were very accommodating. I love going back and tell all my girlfriends about it!
