Newmarket Bridal

I am only giving this place a 1/2 a star only because I cannot give less. Dealing with Newmarket Bridal was a very poor experience for me. I ordered 4 dresses from them in April and they said they would be in mid July. I was still trying to get these dresses July 30th. Finally the dresses came and they were all too long and not the right size on the top. The girls were trying to make appointments with the owner of the shop and their messages were not being returned and finally when they did make the appointments there were times that the store was not open when they went for the fitting or to pick up the dress. My sister came down from Sudbury to have her dress fitted on a Monday and they did not come in to fit the dress. One of the dresses colour had bled into the sash causing it to look pink instead of the beige colour it should have been. When my other sister went in to have her dress fitted for the second time my mother and her stated that they felt the customer service could be better and the owner stated" If you are going to get in my face then you can take your dress now and leave!" This is no way to run a business and I am hoping that this will deter as many people as possible from purchasing from this place!
