Didn't put the brides veil in with the dress and refused to even apologize when an hour before the wedding, we had to make the hour and a half round trip to go and pick it up ourselves.
We asked that she send it to us and she had the audacity to say "that's your problem, not mine. I don't give a sh** if she has it or not"
Never, never, never use this company.

What a disappointing stressful experience!! If you are considering purchasing your bridal dress or any of your wedding party dresses at Aliya's please, reconsider, I beg you....I cannot express enough what a totally unprofessional shoppe this is!! I had to go out and buy another dress because my original dress, that was purchased at Aliya's, was unwearable and I just couldn't go back into that place and take anymore of their excuses and attitude!! If this saves even one bride the heartache that we were forced to endure then I will feel our dreadful experience at Aylia's wasn't all for nothing.... please, please, please save yourself this unnecessary stress and go elsewhere....anywhere BUT ALIYA'S!!
