Had 5 bridesmaids purchase the dresses here. Upon purchasing the dresses we were advised that the location would be closing but not to worry we could have our dresses picked up and altered at the other Mississauga location.
Fast forward 3 months to when the dresses came in. we were advised that the location was only open till 4 pm and not open on the weekends as it was a distribution centre and therefore had no seamstress to do alterations . Mind you I had purchase 6 yards of fabric to have cap sleeved added to the bridesmaids dresses which was to be done by the seamstress.
The answer we got from one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to was “sorry nothing we can do” and refused to refund the deposit I had left for the fabric.
In addition threatened one of my bridesmaids that they would not release the dress she paid for unless I came to pick up the fabric.
I have called several times and promised that the owner would call me back. Till this day have yet to hear from someone.

The worst part of this whole ordeal was the customer service I received on the phone by the name of Cynthia. I’ve been hung up on laughed at and lately called some very vulgar names by her. I have been advised by her that the owner does not care to call me back and I will not be getting my money back before hanging up on me.

I visited the Impression Bridal display at a local Bridal Show and forgot about them until they gave me a follow up phone call 3 weeks later and invited me to come "browse".

I went in with my daughter and told her in the car - "we are not going in to buy - we are here to look. we have an appointment at a famous bridal salon in NYC in 2 weeks".

I was blown away by the service and selection. My consultant Agnes was amazing and the manager Leia (sp) was such delight. They took care of me and made me feel like I was one of their daughters and they were looking out for me. I showed them a picture of what I had in mind and they found me the perfect dress. It was the first dress I tried on!! My daughter is 9 years old - they took the time out to make her feel just as special and made her feel that her dress was just as important as mine.

The best part of this experience: As soon as I was introduced to my consultant Agnes, she kept asking if we ever met or if she knew me from somewhere. About 30 minutes into the visit she asked "were you married before?" and I answered "yes". She remembered that she sold me my first wedding dress 12 years earlier - she even told me what the dressed looked like - down to the colour and where the beading was!!!!!! If that's not amazing service, I don't know what is!

We picked up my daughter's dress today and it fits like a glove and Leia once again made her feel like she was a princess and it was just as much her special day as it was mine.

Keep up the amazing work ladies! You guys are awesome and I will not ever hesitate to recommend my friends, family or strangers to you.

P.S. Don't let the look of the outside fool you ladies. The selection and service is second to none!

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. My dress was perfect and the alterations were bang on. I am so happy with impressions bridal with everything they have done. I was having troubles finding a head piece and they saved me.....brought me to joyful tears. Nothing but positive reviews from my party and myself. I went to Bridal Image and had a great experience, the sales woman I had was Cynthia she explaned the dresses to us and let us pick out some dresses and made a few suggestions herself, I found my perfect dress and also my bridesmaid dresses, they have great styles and prices, I will tell all me friends to go here and by their dresses, don't let the outside fool you when you go inside its a whole different world, have fun when you do go.

Where do I begin!!! we went in to look at bridesmaid dresses, I wanted the girls to see the dresses I picked in person. we Chose a dress but we didn't like the skirt Part and we asked if the dress could be altered to the style we liked, the head streamstress Caroline said it was not an issue and we asked her how much it would cost to have it altered to our liking she told us $35 for the bridemaids and $45 for the maid of honor.... well we got her to put this in writing and she did and signed it. fast forward to about 2 months later, I went in to look at Mother of the bride dresses with my mom and the sales lady that was giving to us was rude as hell, she kept walking off to see other people there, and when I had questions she would tell me "she knew what she was doing" WTF I then told her that I'm not questioning her work, i'm simply asking a question about the dress, she did not answer anything or go look for someone who could help, whatever my mom liked the dress and I went to go pay. at the front dress I asked to speak to a manager but one was not available, so I told the girl up front AMANDA and she told me that she would talk to LINA the Manager! I got the call that the girls dresses were in and I booked the appointment. We get there and the SAME lady who I got when I went in with my mom took us and right away it was as if she remembered me, she walked away never to be seen!! we went to the back the girls got their dresses pinned and set and when we were all done we were told to go to the front to pay.... we get to the front and we hand her over the paper that Caroline wrote to confirm the price of the alterations and she says that Caroline does not work there and they can not honor the paper!!!!! WTF thats not my problem, she asks for the streamstress to come to the front and the lady saids the same thing, that she will not honor it, (NOTE this lady SAW Caroline write the damm thing) I mention this to her, she plays dumb of course, so they call the manager, she says that she will not honor it as well!!! I started to fume I tell her that at the time we bought the dress we asked the questions we needed regarding alterations and now they are trying to play it that they do not know anything about this. Then the girl at the front desk tells us we have to PAY NOW so with a lot of other brides there and Mothers and Bridesmaids I said in a loud tone!! " this is how you guys con women! you order Sizes way to big and then you hike up alteration costs because you know women have no choice but to alter the dress to fit" I told them I was going to mention what I experienced to ALL my brides and I was going to spread it all over the net!!!! 3 groups of girls also walked out and they also told us they were going to spread it to other girls and family/ friends!!!

BRIDAL IMAGE/IMPRESSION BRIDAL is rude and unprofessional and they treat their custoemrs like garbage!!!!!

This store must be running some sort of scam! I was in a bridal party 4 years ago, and all of the girls had the dresses rush ordered, 3 months before the wedding. Not one of us gained any weight, but yet ALL dresses needed to be altered DRASTICALLY! The lady at the store said to me," You've gained weight, don't worry honney, we've all been there," and patted my shoulder! I honestly hadn't gained a pound!

Now for my own wedding, my girls also had their dresses ordered 3 months prior. Not only did they not call to say the dresses are in, but when my sister, who is literally 100 pounds went to try on her dress and the dress wouldn't even try to zip up, they too told her, she had gained weight. My mother and sister booked an appointment with them for alterations. I quickly changed that- no way were they going to squeeze out another penny from us. I think this store is running some sort of a scam. My maid of honor's dress they screwed up so bad, they shipped it back themselves, and wouldn't even tell me why or how bad it was! they also told one of my other bridesmaids when she was getting measured she was WIDE! She is 5"4 and 128 pounds! WIDE? Can you say rude!

Totally not worth the stress and hassle of shopping at this store believe me!
