I would explain to them what I was looking for in a dress and i just kept being shown the dresses they wanted to sell me. They never once offered to order a dress in off their website for me all I was told was we have one here that looks like that and the dress looked nothing like it. The last time I went into the shop I was treated very rudely by one of the older employees she was of no help and was rushing me. When I explained this as the reason I was not purchasing my dress from them they would not refund the money I had put down on another dress.... I still bought my vail from them but they would not give me a refund... I needed the money from them in order to buy the material to have my aunt make my dress and now am not sure how I will be able to get the material as they want to keep 30% of my money in order to give me a refund and not just 30% of the money left after i bought a 157$ vail but 30% of the original amount I gave them... this is unacceptable customer service... you should not be so horrible to a customer when they were already treated unprofessional by another employee.
