A friend & I went in to look for a bridal gown & the moment we entered we were confronted (not greeted) by questions & told that since we arrived at 7.30pm we could look around the store ourselves & if I wanted to try something on I had to come back & fill out a form but there would be no consultant available as they stop providing service at 7pm
If you're shopping at WEM, go to Ethos instead, it may look smaller but they've got an amazing selection & at least they provide some level of service!
