Ethos Bridal Group

We went to Ethos and got help finding a Grad dress for our daughter. The lady that helped us was great, we found a dress our daughter loved and we had it ordered at the beginning of November and were told it would take 3-4 months to get the dress in, no problem we ordered it in November. Last week we got a call from Ethos that they cannot get the dress any more it is not being made. The only solution that they had for the dress was that they had red one in the same style and that is what they could do to replace the blue dress my daughter wanted. We are now scrambling to find a grad dress because everywhere is saying we need 3-4 months to order the dress, we don't have 3-4 months now. Why does it take 3 months to find out you can't get a dress. IF we didn't want the red dress all we got was here is your deposit back. Not impressed at all, will never return to Ethos ever again.

I am not from Edmonton but I spent a weekend shopping with 3 other girls for bridesmaid dresses. We had a great experience at ethos. We liked the selection but above all the sales ladies were great.

I just wanted to let you know what a WONDERFUL experience I have had at your Calgary store.
Just to give you a little background on my story....I originally picked out my dress in Oct 2009 with my Mom (Kathy helped us). Kathy made this experience absolutely wonderful and I felt we found the perfect dress with her help. 1 week after I bought my dress I found out I was pregnant. The dress I bought would not work as I would be almost 7 months pregnant(little bit of a belly!). I called Ethos and told them the situation, Kathy said she would definitely work with us in finding another dress that would work with my growing belly! I had to go back to the store by myself as my Mother doesnt live in town. (I was sad that I had to give up my dream dress but also happy that I was pregnant). Kathy wasnt in that day but Val was there and made the day special for me even though my Mom wasnt there. Val was like a pretend Mom and made sure she gave me her honest opinion. Val also found the perfect dress for my growing belly and made me feel pretty in it!
