Bell

I called this shop on a Friday and spole with Marina, she was incredibly pleasant and told me to come in on Sunday when they weren't busy and that someone would be able to spend an hour with me going over dresses and catalogues and that they could accomodate anything I could ever want.

I went in on Sunday and there was nobody up front to greet me so I wondered to the back and stood there while the two ladies working there assisted girls with their grad dresses, I stood there for over 10 minutes and still not so much a glance or hello.

Finally a lady looked up and told me to sit and I said I was still waiting for some help and she said she assumed I was with the party already there and then walked away.

She then approached two other customer's that had just walked in and got them dresses and put them in a change room, then wondered away and then came back and asked if I was looking for something.

I told her that I was looking for a certain color of dress and she pointed out a different one no where close to the color I wanted, so I reiterated the color and size I wanted to which she murmered, "I don't know" and wondered away again.

She eventually came back and pulled a dress off the rack TWELVE sizes too small for me and put it in a change room for me, so I asked her what I was supposed to do with it as it wouldn't even come up to my knees and again she said "I don't know" and took the dress out of the change room and said I could get on a pedestal and she would just hold it in front of me, well just holding a dress in front of you give you no idea of how it will fit or look on you.

I then asked if the dress could be ordered in different sizes or if there was any other dress like it in the whole store just to try on to get an idea at least and she wondered away again, then came back and was totally unable to communicate with me and then proceeded to go off with another customer so I wasted an hour in this store with no help, no dress to try on, no catalogue to look at, and the worst service I've ever had.
