Have been to this store over the years. Was there 3 times this month. Staff is snootty and was given drive thru service. Wont be back. Time to shop elsewhere or online.
The bay has equally good bras.
Something has changed new mgmt possibly?
Customer service is horrible. Walmart has better dress room service.

Attended today Jan 8/22 at 2pm. She made me feel fat. Apparently my bra size is 40C. As if I don't already have a body complex since my surgery and with my injury. She suggested I try Pennington'ss for something "large enough" for me. I left with nothing but a sad heart and no bra. I attended with excitement to finally have a proper fitting bra and left feeling worse about myself than I did before. I will never go back. And if you're a bigger girl, I would suggest you not go either.

Being fitted for a bra had been on my "to do" list for a while and finally took the plunge (pardon the expression) last Friday. Should have done it years ago. Staff person PM was very personable and helpful. Brought me numerous bras and showed me how to put it on properly (who knew.... I'd been doing it wrong since the sixties) The bra I decided upon was comfortable (two sizes smaller than what I'd been wearing and 1 cup size larger) and the price was reasonable. A proper fitting bra doesn't just hold up "the girls" but , added bonus, gives you a waist. Go figure.

Great service, very happy with what I got, would absolutely recommend. Worth every penny.

I've shopped at the Des Meurons location twice now, the staff was always professional and courteous and helped me find the correct fit. I wore my old bra from there until it wore out (no fitting problems for me!), and this is the only store where I can get a bra that is a 32 band size. My only problem is that the selection is disproportionately fancy, lacey bras (which are all about $100-$150)--there is not as much if you'd like something plain but comfortable. I shopped on sale and received my purchases at a discount--otherwise this store would be too expensive for my tastes!

I recommend that no one shops at this horrible store!!!!! My mother has been in the hospital for the past year and had several surgeries and on a weekend visit (due to referral from a close friend) she decided to go shop for a bra to lift her spirits (after having her leg amputated) so we went to the bra bar, and the women who was helping her seemed over the top friendly, we should have knew something was fishy!!!! My mom needed a front closure bra due to a past surgery which left her unable to reach back, the women kept bringing her the opposite of what she was looking for, she finally found one that fit but wasn't satisfied and the store clerk who was helping her kind of pressured her into buying it and said and I QUOTE " ill take the tags off, you wear it home from here, try it out for a week and if you are not happy its my pleasure to exchange it for you" so my mom agreed and paid $150 for this bra, yes its not no cheap bra, she went home and took it off and decided it was not what she wanted at all! She went back to we will take theI recommend that no one shops at this horrible store!!!!! She went back to the hospital and called them, they said of course bring it back and we will exchange it with no problems, so the following week on her weekend pass she was all excited to pick something more fitting to her newly changed lifestyle, we went back to bra bar and the OLD crabby women who was at the front desk glared at my mom, who happens to be in a wheelchair. She looked at the bra and said ok let's go find you something else, she brought back a $50 bra and was trying to get her to exchange it for that, remember $150 bra she had purchased, my mom said she'd prefer to get her moneys worth back not a 100$ difference, the old women was mad maybe thinking she could pocket they difference!!!!!! Then she just flipped maybe she's bi polar or something, but she all of a sudden says they can't exchange because the tags are off, while 5 minutes earlier she agreed to it!!!!!!! She had my poor mother in tears and humiliated her in front of other customers!!! So I'm just letting you all be forewarned that these women who work at the bra bar are horrible human beings who are just out to take advantage of people, luckily my mother has support and witnesses and will get her money back, she will not be a victim of their scams!

I have purchased a number of bras over the past 4 years. None
of them have quite fit right after wearing them for a few
weeks. The straps on all of them slide off. There are never any
sizes in stock with which to compare. By the time the ordered
bra has arrived the one that may have fit better is no longer available. My most recent bra tore soon after wearing...the staff sent it for repair...but now there is a wire that is
constantly poking me in the side. Staff shrug and seem to imply that I must be doing something wrong. but their staff
are the ones that fitted me and recommended these bras. I am through wasting my time and money.

I am 28 with 3 little boys all under 5. I had never had a fitting before so I went to the Bra Bar (as I have heard wonderful things about them). Life in the past 5 yrs has definetly taken it's toll on my breasts...lol. I have had 'fittings' at La Vie en rose, La Senza and Sears in the past...still my bras never quite fit right. I have always been told that I was a 38D to a 38DD. When I went to the Bra Bar I discovered that I was not those sizes...in fact I was quite a bit larger...36FF...what!!! Yes, and I have never been so comfortable in a bra. The staff there defintely know their stuff, and were very pleasant. I will never go elsewhere for a bra again. Thank you Bra Bar!!!!!!!
