H&R Block

Ajay done my taxes for 2015. I got more back than I was serpose too. Because Ajay made a mistake. He put down I took out $400.00 out of my retirement . I did not present a paper saying I did so and I didn't do that. So bring down my taxes 2016 when HR found out this mistake . They gave me some of the money to pay tax people back I had to pay some too. Which I feel they should of paid back the whole amount . And they said they paid the interest on it . But weeks after I got a bill from IRS saying I have to paid back the interest. So that means HR Block lied to me because they said they paid the interest back.And they didn't.And also they said they got rid of Ajay they lied. I saw a review that said Ajay done there taxes after the fact they lied to me and said he was gone. I did not make the mistake . And they treated me like I was the one who was the problem. I went to them for years and no problems, But after this happen to me I will know longer go back to them.I trusted them. And they are asking for money from everyone so they won't make a mistake for protection. What kind of crap is that.Very disappointed in them they are in Livermore CA on Stanley blvd. I have not done nothing wrong they are the ones on believable . Good luck
