Wey not happy wet renting storage at 921 Quuens way storage I rent storage and put may itome in and after 4 days of my last wizyt my itome is missing and wen I speak to selina and her friend dey see no camera hmm noting to prof sou not recommended to rent storage at dad location somone still my itome from storage 5x5 not pappy wet dad wat hapen no on to help nobody care

I had an amazing Experience at public storage. The facility was clean and organized. I was looking for boxes of different sizes and few mattress covers, Anshul and Nandalal helped me and provided great information according to my needs

We had a pleasant experience at this location. Gautam helped us find the perfect storage for us and he guided us through everything. Very friendly costumer service. Salina is the property manager and she is super nice as well with the costumers. Overall I couldn’t be happier. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage.

We connected with Gautam on the phone to inquire about the storage services and the promotions currently in place. He had excellent manners and communication style, he patiently answered our questions and invited us to go meet with him to compare a few units sizes. The facility at 921 Queensway E. is very well managed and maintained. We are extremely pleased with the quality of customer service we received from Gautam. Their promotional price could not be beat elsewhere.

Jenny was very helpful and explained how the promo worked. She showed us the different storage sizes so we would have an idea of the size we needed.
Eventhough we ended up not signing with them, Jenny was friendly and did a good job.

Nandalal and Salina offer great service. Professional, friendly, and timely. 10/10 would recommend public storage location 921 Queensway if you want outstanding service.

Selina has been incredibly helpful to me. I was delayed due to the weather, but I needed to use the storage that same day. Despite my late arrival, she was willing to wait and assist me with the paperwork. I am very grateful for her help!

I was looking to rent another unit at 921Queensway location. Spoke with Mr. Gautam about renting the second unit. He looked and found one close to the first unit which made situation so much easier for me as i didn't think it would be possible. The managerial team is extremely sneaky and conniving. They will steal your financial information and charge it when they feel like it especially when they don’t have permission(written or verbal) for the first year of my rental there were issues with online payment and them being able to charge my account. They didn’t want to fix, until they got a new employee that knew how to fix it. I’m sure the property manager Salina does a lot of shady things because lies about extra charges that disappear when she’s not on site. DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Nandalal and the lovely Yvonne to get set up for a storage unit and they were very helpful and friendly people. Make sure you ask for one of them when you go in. They are awesome.

Salina, the property manager, and her team are very professional, but at the same time very friendly. They are always willing and ready to help whenever you need. They always greet you with a smile.
I have only the highest regard and respect for Salina and the team that supports her.

Stellar customer service..when I lapsed on a payment Leanne helped me work out a plan to clear my fees. Clean facility, respectful and best of all they don't just sell off your belongings right away.
