Hamilton Mountain Bowl

Arrived on a Thursday evening, there were 4 cars in the parking lot and TONS of lanes open at the bowling alley. Was planning on taking my son there with the family for his 4th birthday. He had been bowling before at Skyway Lanes in Hamilton when he was 3 with no questions asked. Arrived and was greeted by a gentleman who was smoking in his office. Once he realized there were customers there he made his way up to the desk. First words out of his mouth were "They're not bowling are they?" I said "Hello", he said "The kids, they're not bowling are they?" then question if my children could throw a bowling ball down the lane. Asked if they had any 6lb balls for children and was told "No, this isn't five pin"...took my family and left while the gentleman tried to backtrack as he realized he was losing business. With a business that is located where they are and an attitude like that I wonder how they have stayed in business that long. I'll give them a half star because there was lots of available parking.
