Pizza Roma

ROMA was bought by new owners November 2009! Fresh people means fresh attitude! They have the same food, but are looking to make this place the best it can be! They are improving on the delivery times and thinking up new ways to please the people who come to eat, including weekend breakfast!! I love the Pizza at Roma.

We ordered delivery the other night and have the worst experience ever. First of all, the food around an hour late. Afterwards, we found out that it was missing a salad. We called them and they said they will call the delivery guy to ask why. We waited for an hour and got no calls. I called them again and they said they could not reach the delivery guy. They said they will try again and get back to me. We waited for another hour and receive not calls. It is around 1am midnight. It was too so I gave up. My impression is that they do not care about the customers at all. They charge us for a salad and did not include a salad in the delivery. They did not active think of proper ways to handle the situation such as sending another order or refunding us. We receive no refund, so we felt totally cheated! The food that great as well. So we do not recommend this place at. Please stay away.
