We are first time customers. My husband and I went to the E Ray Rd store to purchase a refrigerator on Feb., 3rd, then on the 4th decided to go back in and purchase a chest freezer and on that day we paid for the refrigerator and chest freezer on a card (and that's when they got their money on that day.) They had told us that they were a week out on deliveries, we said okay at least they will both be delivered on the same day, and deliver day would be the 14th of February! The refrigerator we have here was left by previous owner and it's on it's last leg, sounds terrible, so we were excited to get a new one. They said we would receive a call on the morning of delivery between 7AM and 9AM to let us know when we would get it.
Today is February 14th, by 10:30 AM we had not received a call yet so giving them the benefit of the doubt being the store opens at 9:00 (and I assumed the the delivery people usually get a start at 7:00AM, and also thinking that these items and all others that would be delivered on the 14th would have already been found and ready to put on the truck) I called the store at 9:25, called 4 times in a 10 min. period and there was no answer. So . . . giving them the benefit of the doubt again, I thought well maybe they are having problems with the phone lines? The salesperson had attached a business card to our bill-of-sale which had his cell phone # on it so I called it, no answer, got the voicemail, left a message with my phone # and asked if we were getting our refrigerator and chest freezer today. No return call.
My husband called the store at 10:40AM, they answered, and when he asked about our delivery he was told that they moved 6 million dollars worth of inventory to the new warehouse and the warehouse is not finished and they couldn't find our refrigerator and chest freezer!!!!!! WHAT THE . . . . . . then he told my husband maybe tomorrow and if not tomorrow Wednesday!? AND he said he would call him back today and let him know . . . . . . . well, it's now 1:06PM no phone call yet, maybe another 1-star review tomorrow and an update.
Soooo, they have shown me how they make their first time customers happy!!!
