I hired a company called Cortina Kitchens Inc to do work on my existing island. This is the company who installed my complete kitchen through the builder of my home. Their work was flawless & customer care followed up was amazing at the time. So when I wanted to do something extra in my home they made it easy to pick them as the go to company. I wanted to add more space with soft close hinges onto my existing island. Their price for the job was in my opinion extremely fair considering the amount of time/quality spent in my home from the estimate to job completion. Just wanted to send this review in regards to the work performed in my home today. The gentleman's name (installer) was Scotty and I don't remember meeting a nicer nor more professional installer/representative in any of my homes.

Scotty was polite, clean, so easy to talk with and willing to answer all my questions. Job is complete and it looks like it came with the home. Plus he cleaned up after himself so there was minimum work for me to do.

Cortina Kitchens made this an easy peasy project that went off without a hitch. Andrew ( manager) & Sandy (office manager/coordinator) at Cortina Kitchens were both professional and so pleasant to work with I just wanted to write this review to let the world know how greatly appreciatative the experience was.

I Highly recommend Cortina Kitchens to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

Completed an addition to an existing kitchen that had to match. Colour match was perfect and Faiv was a patient professional with multiple design revisions. Installation crew was top notch along with the delivery staff.

Once again, Cortina has delivered an excellent product for us. We especially appreciated. Faiv’s input and advice for our laundry room reno. I would definitely recommend Cortina and Faiv’s expertise.

Totally impressed and over the moon happy with both my kitchen and vanity creations. The team worked with me until we were settled with the design. Our kitchen was installed by Cortina Kitchen over 20 years ago by the builder. I needed matching cabinets to replace my pantry. I was teamed up with designer named Faiv. She was amazing, answered all my questions and responded to my emails in timely manner.
Delivery was made as promised on time. Installer named Hovik was very good, he measured everything to detail and took his time. He installed the cabinets as if he was installing them in his own house. I didn't give 5 stars because the price was little steep. I paid because I needed to match my existing cabinets. Overall I had a good experience.

Beautiful, elegant and Grandiose!

However, I had the best interaction with a delivery guy named Scott. I purchased a new build with built in appliances and was missing my refrigerator panels. I tried contacting the site manager to locate and have it delivered to my place all week. My install was to happen on Saturday and this being a Friday, I was feeling a bit panicked. Miraculously, I was on my way to the site office when I ran into a Cortina van in front of my house. I asked the guy if he was dropping anything off for me. He said he wasn’t and I told him my situation. He told me to hang on a second and made a call. When he got off the phone, he confirmed that the panels I was looking for was still at the Woodbridge location. He told me that he would try his best to have it delivered that day. I left for work and thought nothing of it. I received a call a few hours later from Scott that he had delivered the panels to my house!
When you see this type of dedication from the people that working there, it’s truly amazing! Scott went above and beyond to travel 40km (80km both ways) to solve my problem - a problem that wasn’t his. Scott, thank you!

We purchased a Cortina kitchen they had on display. We dealt with people from their office and also installers who prepared the kitchen for pick up. Everyone was courteous, professional and helpful. The kitchen was dismantled and professionally wrapped which made transportation so much easier. Excellent experience - we are grateful for there generous approach ! Thank you Cortina Kitchens!!

I wanted to give a shout out to Rez Gar, the Cortina Kitchen Installer from the Service Department. Professionally installed, very pleased with the cabinetry. .

We had our kitchen cabinets installed recently and had a great experience with Aline and Cortina! Service was great and met our expectations.

The kitchen cupboards are beautiful and well done however 2.5 years after installation our garbage and recycling pull outs have broken (the slides and the wood). Service technician said this is typical due to the weight of garbage that piles up. We don't overload it and it's only been 2.5 years. We've been denied warranty on it which is disappointing.

We had Razgar assist with our PDI fixes and he was definitely a professional in what he does. He hummed music as he worked on the cabinets and fixes, a sign of taking pride and enjoyment of his craft. Honest and upfront of what he can and cannot solve, and overall a pleasure to have such skilled trade individual work his magic. Work was done and completed timely as per plan. Some follow-on items Razgar will help us communicate back to Cortina for next steps. Looks like Cortina has employed a gem of a tradesperson!

Our kitchen cabinets were completed by Cortina Kitchen through our builder about 18 years ago. Two drawers had problem and we called Cortina Kitchen. They were able to fix the drawers for us without charge. We are so happy with Cortina Kitchen because they are so responsible for their work, even after 18 years! Aline Toma was so friendly and helpful. She called us right the way when the drawers were fixed. 👍👏👍👏

Terrible. Our cabinets are 3 months old and we’ve already had to replace the handles. We had an installer come in to put on our new counter tops on and he couldn’t do it because of the shoddy conditions our cabinets were in. It looks like a patchwork job was done. Unfortunately all the other negative reviews are accurate and they do not return phone calls after the job is done.

My kitchen cabinet have just been installed by Cortina Kitchen. I'm very happy with Cortina customer services and product quality, design and value for money. Chi contacted me regularly to understand my demand, showed me the materials, and the job progress and etc. With her flexibility and active listening, she does her best to satisfy our demand, deliver the excellent product on time with a reasonable price. Sabrina came twice at my house to draw a design and check it again. Bohdan, installer, spent 2 days to install the kitchen. His professionalism and carefulness also make our kitchen look outstanding and high class. Thanks so much for Cortina team. I highly recommend Cortina and look forwards to using Cortina again in the near future.

I moved to a new home 5 months ago. . The product is well done with a beautiful color. But their customer service is absolutely the worst I’ve ever had.

Slow email response, Sometimes never responds to me back.

1st attempt: Product and installation failed due to the missing parts.

2nd attempt: Installation failed.  Technicians just show up without confirmation of time and date with me.

3rd attempt failed again . The technician came in not at the appointed time without prior notice.

4th attempt:  I  hope it can be done by today. Cortina has to follow what they promised time otherwise ask for an excuse if they need to change the time.

So, much waste of my time I have to stay at home all day.

We have been waiting since March for 2 cupboard doors to be replaced. 1st they made them wrong size and colour . Now we are waiting again for proper ones and they will not respond to our calls. They have our original doors that we left to make sure of right size and color.just a phone call to give us status of order would be appreciated.
