I have done business with them now for 3 years! They have a very good selection of all kinds of books! I've brought my used book there and got store credits which came handi to get some more books for free! If they don't have the book that you want they will take your number and when they find it they will call you! I haven't been dissapointed yet! They also carry New release hardcover for a reasonable price! sometimes I just can't believe what I find there! They have found me books from trilogy that I never though I would get to finish! They are amazing ! There one on one service is terrific and they make you want to come back for more .
