After spending many futile days shopping for flooring, I, Dr. Alice Ohanesian, along with my Contractor, were finally blessed enough to stumble into Rivera’s Floor Covering.
From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted by Ulises T. , who made sure in every imaginable way to assure that we were taken care of, fully satisfied, and that all of our flooring needs were thoroughly met.
Ulises was beyond friendly, kind, cordial, well informed and extremely professional. He went beyond the expected call of duty to provide extra-ordinary service.
Not only did I end up purchasing the flooring that I was searching for and walking out beyond satisfied, but together with my Contractor feel convinced that we know where to go and who to ask for in the future.
I lack enough laudatory words to praise Ulises T. He is definitely a great asset to Rivera’s Floor Covering as well as to anyone fortunate enough to be served by him!
