I called Art Douglas plumbing this morning and told them of my backed up drainage problem.
My washer empty's too fast and powerful, so water floods on the floor.
.
Within an hour or so I got a call back saying they will have someone here soon.
Then Meltilon Stewart called and said he'd be here shortly, and he was.
He took care of the problem with the kind of service that I really appreciate.
Talk about customer service. I couldn't ask for more.
Because of him, along with the company's polite and caring service.
I have a new plumber.
Note: If only we could have this kind of customer service with all our dealing',.the world would be a better place.
